Day 1 Timeline:
1. Murder Crime at roughly 4 in the morning
2. Discovered by Horten in the Arboretum
3. Horten panics and phones the watchman (unnamed?)
4. Watchman has no clue what to do, and calls for outside aid from a nearby town
5. Investigator is sent in
6. Investigator arrives in Garden ~5:30 in a funereal stagecoach drawn by two black horses
7. Investigator arrives at the scene ~5:45
8. investigation. The watchman details what he's found. Says they had no idea about what to do.
9. Investigator asks if anyone has worked police before in the area, and a strange young-ish man (demarc) pipes up that he has worked with the police a little (a good portion of the town has somehow discovered or heard about the scene and is gathered. It is not unusual that the man is there)
10. Investigator impromptu hires the man as go-between
11. "Is there a doctor here?" - Investigator
12. Investigator sends the new hire go-between police-man to fetch the doctor ~6:00
13. Investigator browses around the scene and waits for the doctor
14. Doctor arrives (you will have to help me decide how long this takes - 6:30-7:30) Sun is is risen in the latter side of this, if you choose. Assume Los Angeles time zone
15. Doctor arrives and is briefed on the situation. We can decide on the conversation.
16. Surveyal of scene until 8-8:30
(split of characters)
17. Investigator is shown to his rooms
18. Investigator leaves to go explore the city. Can settle later
19. Investigator goes to a building he noticed before - glass IT building/greenhouse ~9:00
These are the parts I believe you'll need to know. I can fill in the rest in a bit.

ReplyDeleteyou are welcome to write characters as you please. We'll discuss. Will I be writing that character or you? Or both of us?
